One week following the issuance of the demand letter, we will contact you to determine whether you wish us to commence collection procedures, including telephone contact with the debtor. If we are successful in collecting the account through our collection efforts, without litigation, our charges are as follows:
20% on the first $2,500.00 collected and
10% on amounts over $2,500.
If litigation is required we handle both Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court matters at competitive rates. Once litigation is commenced, the percentage rates do not apply.
